Every adventure begins with right preparation. Therefore on the day of your arrival at nearby Athens, first of all we are check in the boat, shopping all our purchases will be delivered to the boat free of charges). In the evening we are setting off to the Aegina, there we will stay for the night in comfortable marina.
We head on to Poros Island, which is in 20 nautical
miles from our current position. Next stop in Russian Bay, exact history of this name will be told to you by our guide-skipper. At your services beaches with azure water, restaurants on the quay. Also you can take scooter or ATV and ride around the islands( there is ruins of Poseidon Temple, Women Monastery ZoodochouPigisetc), you can take water-taxi and stride to the mainland to walk through Galatas. We highly recommend to devote your evening to tasting local Greece cuisine.
Short journey of 14 nautical miles to the island of Hydra.
It is said that most of the people come here just for the Hydra’s sunsets. Narrow streets, numerous old stone stairs, countless donkeys (there is so many this animals as snow-white yachts if not more).All this will give you the notion of real greek slow leisure.
This day we willsay “goodbay” to Hydra and make our way towards Dokos, where we will pick up the nice bay to swim. Untill the evening we are arriving at Spetses. This island is the most suitable place for the rest, thanks to complete absences of cars, numerous villas, Spetses known as kind of “aristocratic” leisure place.
Spetses Island was once a refuge forLaskarinaBouboulina, women who kept at her own expense her own fleet and a small army to fight for the independence of Greece, her ships for the first time raised the flag of independent Greece, on the island there is a museum of her name and monument, in Greece you will find a lot of streets with her name.
After “upper-class” Spetses we are heading to rural fishing village on Ermoini. We insist that you should taste a local wines famous even outside Greece together with local food in some small tavern.
From Ermoini we are heading back towards Russian bay. If we are very lucky we will meet dolphins on our way. This day will be full of swimming, sunbathing and fun.
